MARCUS & MILLICHAP ARRANGES THE SALE OF A 31,305-SQUARE FOOT SELF-STORAGE

FORT WORTH, Texas, April 16, 2021 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Amadco Self Storage, a 31,305-square foot selfstorage property located in Fort Worth, Texas, according to Mark R. McCoy, regional manager of the firm's Fort Worth office.

Brandon Karr, Senior Vice President Investments, and Danny Cunningham, First Vice President Investments, in Marcus & Millichap's Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Karr and Cunningham.

"We listed this property pre-COVID-19 and the pricing was predicated on developing the property out, which took a backseat once the pandemic hit. Despite the market disruption, utilizing the Marcus & Millichap platform we were able to successfully complete the transaction and satisfy the goals of both parties. The seller was looking to retire and wind down day to day responsibilities. The buyer was looking for Boat/RV storage facilities with expansion potential in Dallas-Fort Worth," commented Cunningham.
