Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham, both founding members of the Karr Self-Storage team in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private partnership based out of Austin. The buyer, a real estate firm from Philadelphia that owns and operates storage facilities in 16 different states, was secured by the Karr Self-Storage team as well.
Boulevard 26 Storage is a 33,607 rentable-square foot storage facility, 8,500 rentable-square foot retail center, and 720 rentable-square feet of office space resting on four parcels encompassing approximately 2.34 acres located at 7410 Boulevard 26 in Richland Hills, Texas.
